Progress continues in Ros Mor as demand rises with the announcement of an increase in the relief available from the Help to Buy Scheme. The HTB scheme has increased from 5% to 10% meaning first time buyers can now avail of up to €30,000 towards buying a new home. We have just two semi-detached homes available in this phase. There was some much needed good news towards the end of last week with the government's announcement to increase the HTB limit from 5% to 10% "As part of the government’s July Stimulus package, the current HTB limit of 5% or €20,000 is being increased to 10% or €30,000. We are back on site since May 18th and getting used to the new protocols. There are 15 of the 20 houses on The Avenue under construction, with the first six almost complete and we look forward to seeing the new owners move in, in July.
