Who is the Building Contractor?

The building contractor on site is Hallinan Construction Ltd, a local family run building firm from Askeaton, Co. Limerick, that have been building homes in the Limerick area for over 35 years.

Headed up by Bernie Hallinan with his son Shane, Bernie has forty plus years of experience in the construction industry and has built many one-off houses as well as twenty houses for a Developer in Corbally 17/18 years ago, twenty houses in Thomond Gate on his own site about fifteen years ago and one hundred plus houses in the Georgian Village and Derrynane Estate developments (for a developer) 10/12 years ago. The latter two sites are directly adjacent to Ros Mor. In more recent years, since the downturn, he has concentrated on one-off private houses and developing projects of his own for letting. His company is a registered member of HomeBond as is Jana Building Co. Ltd. .

Bernie and Shane are on site all the time with a friendly “hands-on” approach.
