Great to see such good progress on the next phase in Ros Mor ahead of our launch next month when four bed semis will be released.
These will be A2 rated and with an enhanced spec that is compliant with nZeb. As a result, these new houses are even more economical to heat and there is a better utilization of space.
The foundations you see are the first of our new design three bed semi with a very spacious floor area of c. 111sq m ( 1,198 sq ft). They will be released later this year.
