Work is progressing very well on the new phase in Ros Mor despite shortages of labour and supply issues with materials.
The Civil Works on services for all houses are 75% complete and the recent fine weather has been a big help.
The first of the houses are now roofed with plastering well underway and we look forward to having the first of our Purchasers take possession before Christmas.
