There is no sign of the market slowing down as house prices continue to increase.

According to a recent article in the Irish Independent, economists predict prices will continue to increase on an annual basis, with the average house price currently just under €280,000 (Excluding Dublin).

This year to April has seen a 13pc increase, which is up 3.5pc on last year. While Dublin has seen an increase of 12.5pc the strongest increase has been in the mid-west region.

While prices have increased in this phase of Ros Mor, they are still below the average asking price.

Now is the time to buy as there are no signs of the market slowing down.
