Work is about to commence on the next phase of Ros Mor.
There are now 38 new homes constructed and sold in Ros Mor and the last few of these are about to be occupied. It’s great to see new families settling in and a new community taking shape.
Focus now turns to the next 56 homes and creche, for which planning permission has been granted. We will be making some improvements to the specification and hopefully adding more comfort to our 3 and 4 bed homes.
In addition, the large open space and play area which is part of this phase will be developed this year, enhancing the appearance and facilities for all residents.
