Another great feature of the first phase of Ros mor is its cul-de-sac location in the existing built scheme, with roads, footpaths and lighting completed and taken in charge by Limerick City and County Council.
The next phase however is already generating interest as it will contain two spacious four bedroom detached houses, as well as three and four bedroom semi’s.
